The Governor of Delta State Ifeanyi Okowa  Congratulate former Minister of Information and Chairman of the Delta State Advisory Council, Prof. Sam Ejite Oyovbaire as he turns 78 years on August 4  2019.

In a congratulatory message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Olisa Ifeajika, on Saturday in Asaba, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa extolled the contributions of the renowned Professor of Political Science towards the realization of Agenda and Stronger Delta vision of his administration, as well as the development of Delta State and Nigeria in general.

He said he was grateful to God for giving him Prof. Oyovbaire as a “Political Father” and prayed God to grant him more wisdom as he continues to contribute to the upliftment of Delta State.

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa said, On behalf of my family, the government and people of Delta State, I wish to congratulate my political father, a party supporter and leader of inestimable value, Prof. (Chief) Sam Ejite Oyovbaire on the Occasion of his 78th birth anniversary.”

He commend  Prof. Oyovbaire for always making himself available to render service to the state and nation when called upon, and urged him to continue in that support as he still had much to offer the people of Delta and Nigeria General.

Over the years Prof. Oyovbaire, imparting peace and development in Delta State and Nigeria in general. For this, we owe you an enduring debt of gratitude.
